No point. They will just have it on a system that bins all messages to it. Best thing to do is get a contact number from that site, go all the way through with the application then just f*ck them about. Start shouting saying what do you mean I have to pay it back?!

Ppi are awesome, I lead them on saying I've paid so much, how do I claim? And that could they check my account to see how much I could get back, once they go through all te hassle of making up numbers I tell them it's weird I can claim do much considering I have never had a loan. They swiftly put the phone down haha

As above, job jobbed. Virgin are probably the worst i've come across, i don't actually answer the home phone any more, it's just there for broadband now lol.
