central locking and alarm - cully - 05-01-2014

hi guys is there anyone switched on so to speak with the 6's central locking and alarm for the PH2 IR system?

i want to be able to arm and disarm the alarm without the IR fob

story run up to this......

I have converted my IR system to an RF system by fitting an aftermarket kit to the lock unlock wires of the car
this works really well i have great range now and also the car deadlocks work as well

the Immo system works as standard with the new keys and the old ir ones so that has not been bypassed

but i want the alarm to work off the RF fob too

when you lock the car with std key
large button locks then small button deadlocks and sets the alarm then large button unlocks/unsetsalarm

the alarm side must be controlled by a link pair of wires
wire number 8617 + 8618? maybe a i can account for the rest!
are these wires a data stream or are they arm disarm wires with a voltage or ground ?

waiting to hear your responces
Smile

Datastream meaning like a canbus system? Surely they're just voltage and ground like the solenoids for the locks
