I've just done exactly this.

Youl need a phase 1 :

Bonnet
Slam panel
Bumper
Headlights
Grill

Wings are the same apart from the i
Side repeaters, phase 3 have slightly larger holes so ph1 don't fit tight

Other things you will need to change:

For the lights, easiest way I found to plug ph1 lights straight into the ph3 plugs was to gut an old pair of crystals, remove all the wires and remove the wires from the plugs where they connect to the bulb (phase 1 lights just have 3 pins on the bulb)
On the other end, keep the connector from the crystals so they still plug straight in. No modifications to the car loom needed. Same applies for the sidelights.

Oh and you will need to drill some holes in the ph1 slam panel to mount the ph3 style expansion tank bracket on.

Everything else fits straight on

Usually its the other way round, people want to go from ph1 to phase 3. Fair play for being different i suppose. Personally prefer ph3
