yeh i know how it works

and Ive also managed to install apps via dropbox stolen from other people

I'm asking what apps people use and recommend

RE: andriod apps - swampy - 26-12-2013

How do you get profit from an app!

Other than things like the casino ? Bingo and sports betting sites?

Badland is worth a download or if you have Xbox 360 download limbo. I'm playing it now and I'm glued

You can download viber on the tablet

Ebayyyy! I used to have loads but when i put a new rom on my phone i decided to cut back lol!

Not sure how the stock launcher is but if you don't want to root it but Want a stock android look and feel. Get Nova Launcher
Its free and customisable and you can optimise it for tablets

One of my fave photo editing is Snapseed

Whilst we are on photos.... Snapchat! (Unsure if the hudl has a front cam)

A good file manager I like is ES file explorer which can be used for rooted devices

Naturally you'll want to watch stuff so most of the on demand channels have apps
As well as 'TV catchup'

As for keyboard.. Download the standard Google one. Its much nicer to use. And supports swype style texting. You don't even need to take your finger off the keyboard. You just glance to the space bar and it works it out

Oh. And have a good play with Google now. Its pretty swish

eBay
Chrome
Amazon
PayPal
SwiftKey
Dumb ways to die

The app for whichever bank you're with to quickly check your balance...

I'm more than a little obsessed with Clash of Clans at the moment... Depends what you want really. Just go through the top apps and see what takes your fancy.

When you turn you phone off does your phone go back to OEM keyboard? Or does SwiftKey remain active?

RE: andriod apps - Curt - 26-12-2013

It stays on SwiftKey... It's never reverted on any of mine.

RE: android apps - 306carter - 26-12-2013

My S3 goes back to the OEM keyboard everytime I turn it off.

RE: android apps - Curt - 26-12-2013

That's strange... Never had that on my One X, One or Asus tablet that I've used it on.
