Internet help - Niall - 04-12-2013

Im getting the right hump with my internet of late. Over the past month or so, it has started dropping out for 10-20 seconds at a time. The wifi will stay connected but webpages will just hang then suddenly start working again. This could happen once in a night or 10 times.
Im with Virgin Media with one of their supergayhubs being used as a modem only and a time capsule as a router. We have had this setup for about 3 years now so not sure if its just a line issue somewhere or if the super hub or TC is giving up Sad

Advice please Fooby seeing as i know your spidy sense will be tingling as soon as i post this or anyone else who might have a clue! Smile

It could be a line issue, or something to do with the LLUC at the exchange. The only way to find out if it is either, is to ring VM and have them test their network as far as they can and then for BT to test theirs from there-on.

He will be a long soon. Someone posting a internet thread on here is the equivalent of using the bat light!
