Can you clean the inside of the headlights?
My HDi has obviously had a nudge at some point, judging from the cracked bumper, and has a new looking headlight paired with an older/duller one. I've done this on a 205 with good results, can the same be done on the 306 ones?

You can split them . But this involves putting them in a oven to melt the sealer then carefuly pulling them apart. Its far from an easy job.
Try T-cutting to outside of the lense 1st. This can make a huge difference if you really give it a good going over
