i changed the stat and flushed the system and bleed it all to and still get too hot can do no more then 50 mph or it go will go to red dunno what to do can anyone help me

do you get hot air from your vents and which bleed points did you use when rebleeding?

Yes get hot air coming in and used all three and the high one at the back of the engine

Hmm, when you say its overheating over 50ish, is that at a constant speed? Should be plenty of airflow at that speed to keep the engine cool. I'd be doing headgasket checks tbh, although it's not common with the 1.8.
