RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - bigcheez2k3 - 08-11-2013 Ace cafe isn't too far away, 2 miles according to Google Maps. RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - Ruan - 08-11-2013 Wait, you're from Leeds and you're saying London is shit?!?!?! You could go for a short walk to Acton if you fancy a takeaway or a Irish pub or get the tube down to Hammersmith. Fair bit there and Hammersmith station will get you anywhere in London fairly quickly. Take a trip up to China town one eve or maybe south bank? RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - Scott - 09-11-2013 You're right next to the central line, so you can get right into London and take a look around. Food will be a little more expensive but there's a lot more to do in central, even if you're only doing some sightseeing. RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - HDIkyle - 10-11-2013 Cheers I know where to station is now so will have a look around next week. Any members near there? Mich on a ace on Friday nights? RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - Niall - 10-11-2013 How long are you about until? Ace is 2 miles from you and next monday is french car night which all of us normally go to. Scott is about 8 ish miles from you, I'm about 13 and then there are some others a little further out. RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - Pete - 10-11-2013 I'm in Crawley next week so might try get to Ace if its not too much of a trek, depends if I'm not ruined from the drive down plus a days graft though ![]() RE: Decent food and pubs in London? - 306pc - 10-11-2013 Had a £650 bill in the Savoy on Thursday, ouch.
