306oc Summer Meet - Ace Cafe, London - Scott - 28-02-2012
Hi everyone, we've managed to organise a day for the club at Ace Cafe in London on one of two days in August. We thought we'd organise something for everyone so people who can't come to the various shows from May-July would still be able to join in the fun and come to a club organised meet.
The Ace Cafe meets for French Car Night (3rd Monday of every month, for anyone who fancies coming along - we're there every month) are usually very popular, and will be getting much busier in the summer as the evenings get lighter, but this meet will be different as firstly instead of being on a Monday, it'll be one of two Saturdays in August, and also during the day rather than the evening (11-4).
As it's at Ace Cafe it'd be free for entry, so all you'd pay for is fuel on the day and any food you want to eat!

Date: Either 04/08/12 or 11/08/12
Time: 11am-4pm
Cost: Free entry, pay for your food and fuel

I'm well up for this. Possibly 4th as its closer to payday so more money to spend on food! Haha.

If there's enough demand, where people are travelling a long distance we can sort out a group rate at a hotel not too far from Ace, so that way we can come down/up/across and stay for the afternoon and evening, have some drinks and then take it easy driving home the next day

I'd be up for staying in a hotel. It's only 15 miles from home but will be a good eve!
Scott, no promises but I get 35% off with holiday inn through work so if I can blag it, might be able to do one big booking
