Ngk glow plugs vs Bosch duraterm's ?

RE: Glow plugs - silverzx - 06-11-2013

Bosch duraterms for the XUD imo.

May well change mine or Bosch

RE: Glow plugs - silverzx - 06-11-2013

Don't get me wrong NGK aren't bad but I've always used Duraterms and they've always outlasted my ownership of the car.

My Datsun has NGK spark plugs in just because they're rated by all the Datsun-200 owners for perfomance (copper over iridium and platinum).

Not that glow plugs / spark plugs directly correlate..

Bosch deuraterms on the XUD, or there is another plug that was std equipment but I can't recall it's name.

NGK's don't seem to last long, and if you're running a Bosch pump you really don't wanna be fiddling around and replacing them again.

Hmm I'll have to bang a set in there soon there only 20 quid for a set so not too expensive
