Ph3 key fobs - Frosty - 05-11-2013

I have got 2 ph3 key fobs. They came off the ph3 xs I had back along. I know 1 of them works but the other 1 didn't but not sure if it was just a case of the batteries being flat. I don't really know what there worth but £15 posted sound ok

Can get pics of the keys if wanted

RE: Ph3 key fobs - me-tm - 06-11-2013

Is it possible to reprogramme these?

If so, I'd be interested, as I seem to be able to get blank key blades off ebay for pretty cheap. I could do with a spare key for my car, as it didn't come with one.

Yeah im pretty sure you can but needs to be done on Peugeot planet I think and you need a card that would come with the car with a code on it

Anyone? Can use the cases if yours are in poor condition.

Offers?

Maybe look into it. I'm sure we will sort something

RE: Ph3 key fobs - Toms306 - 07-11-2013

You can't reprogram the remote part to work on another car unfortunately. I think the immobiliser chip can be reprogrammed though. Was talking to cully about this yesterday, I'm sure he can confirm.

RE: Ph3 key fobs - Niall - 07-11-2013

Toms correct. With Peugeot Planet and the security code, you can program the immobiliser chip to start the car but you can't reprogram the central locking to work. Considering an immobiliser chip is no more than £2-3 new, these are worth only a few quid for the cases only.

RE: Ph3 key fobs - Frosty - 07-11-2013

Ok cheers for confirming guys.

Anyone after them for the cases? Make me an offer
