Fuel chips - Scouse282 - 05-10-2013 Wondering if anyone could give me any advice on fuel saving chips for my 1.9 diesel, and where to get them not wanting to spend a small fortune if i can avoid it. cheers Re: Fuel chips - Seb_Ryan - 05-10-2013 Use the money you was gonna spend on a chip on fuel. Main reason, 1.9s (XUD) dont have ecus.. Other reason, they do sweet f.a. Get a bosch pump if it hasnt got one, and run veg oil RE: Fuel chips - Scouse282 - 05-10-2013 (05-10-2013, 01:52 PM)Seb_Ryan Wrote: Use the money you was gonna spend on a chip on fuel. haha ok cheers for the advice RE: Fuel chips - cully - 05-10-2013 if your trying to run an Xud on chips, you need to filter it down a bit, so the oil is a little cleaner, you might have half a chance of getting it through the filter ![]() RE: Fuel chips - Chris_90 - 05-10-2013 (05-10-2013, 02:31 PM)cully Wrote: if your trying to run an Xud on chips, you need to filter it down a bit, so the oil is a little cleaner, you might have half a chance of getting it through the filter ![]() RE: Fuel chips - Eeyore - 06-10-2013 Ive heard that fuel magnets do a better job than chips tbh.
