Heater problems/water inside - Sian - 03-10-2013

Dont know what section this goes in. But anyway, my heater controls dont work but.. When im going over 50mph the hot air works if its on 4 but its not coming out as powerful as it should. it also works once its been driven for a while, just enough to clear the windscreen! Any suggestions to what is happening? Its rather irritating and im going to suffer this winter haha!

After going out to the 6 a minute ago ive found alot of water in the passenger side back footwell! ? Any suggestions!
Car is gonna end up at the scrappy at this rate peeing me off!!
