Reverse Wiring - Eeyore - 29-09-2013
Anyone got any ideas where to pick up a wire which is live when reversing in the front half of the car? Can't see anything on the gear stick so fusebox is my next guess. Anywhere else?

gearbox reverse light switch or the loom that go's to the rear light cluster

The switch is on the gearbox itself, so you wont find one near there

Im guessing no reverse lights are working here? lol
Had the same problem on my car and still the same now. checked sensor on box and fuses,
Swapped for working clusters and new bulbs and still no luck
So i give up

The wire should be in one of the 2 multi plugs under the heater blower motor iirc

Im trying to get a feed for my rear view camera so the head unit automatically displays it when i go into reverse. Trying to find a better live than to run a wire from rear clusters all the way forwards to the HU!
