Hi guys. What is the best oil to use for my 306 td. Just wondering if I need any grade in particular as its going to have a rev happy Bosch pump tomorrow and rev happier td04 on soon.

Heard it's best to change every 6'000 miles or every 12 months which ever is soonest.

Decent quality 10w40 is fine

Never used anything but 10w40.
