bosch pump - gurj306 - 24-02-2012
wooop picked up my bosch pump from JJ0063 today been told its been gov modded cant wait to have it fitted in but 1st need my old engine rebuilt
going to need the pump tuned to 11mm, what sort of price am i looking at to get it done ? cheers :dance:

There's a guide by londondan iirc so if you can get hold of a transit pump, that's how much it'll cost

yehhh JJ0063 was telling me how it revs up like a v-tech
so if i put a bigger turbo you reckon i will need to do the 11mm head ?

If you're putting on a bigger turbo, then you might think about a bigger injection head... They're a bit overrated if you get what I mean?
They're made out to be the difference between night and day... But in reality, they cock up the pump a lot... For out and out performance, it's recommended, but for most applications, you need not...
They do add a little power, but are a fair bit of hassle.

bigger injection head so what kind of head we talking ? im not good with engine work thats why im gettin my mate to sort it out
lol so what would u do if u was in my shoes ? because what i was goin to do is fmic bosch pump injectors and rails iveco turbo and up the boost mayb few other things

Just put that bosch on, a T2 and be happy with around 140bhp
