-30mm or -40mm - SKoob - 07-09-2013 I was going to put some ta technix coilovers on my 6 but then after doing some proper research I've decided to use my old Spax psx dampers and some decent springs so the car actually handles. Now the question is do I get some proper spax -40mm springs for a gti6 as my current springs are for an xud or -30mm apex springs? Anyone got pics of each drop? RE: -30mm or -40mm - tigerstyle - 07-09-2013 I'm fitting my last apex 30mm spring tomorrow (already done one side) I estimate the drop will be zero mm. My stock springs have sagged that much. So I'd go for 40mm springs if you want a 'drop' RE: -30mm or -40mm - sam - 07-09-2013 50MM RE: -30mm or -40mm - Piggy - 07-09-2013 (07-09-2013, 12:30 PM)SKoob Wrote: I was going to put some ta technix coilovers on my 6 but then after doing some proper research I've decided to use my old Spax psx dampers and some decent springs so the car actually handles. If it was me, and I was lowering my 6 again, I would do 40mm. |
