Are these starter motors interchangeable seein as they both use be3 boxes; would an starter motor from an XUD fit a gti6/rallye?

Yes but the xu10 will burn out on any long cranking sessions. The xud motors are very beefy I burnt out an xu motor in less than a week in a xud

Xud on an xu would be fine

Yeah, they'd fit, but you'd roast it, the windings are tiny and they're geared all different.

You'll see High Compression GTi6s on bodies ETC using Diesel starters.

In essence

Xud onto xu is ok

Xu onto xud itl burn out eventually as there not beefy for the high compression
