Anyone used them before?

I've had a cliam ongoing now for well over a week, apparently it's still 'under processing'

Feel lost without my phone.

Only heard bad reviews from them.

They were caught up recently in something together with a lot of mobile phone insurance companies which are effectively a scam because there are so many get-out clauses for the ins. co to enable them to reject a claim.

I cancelled my insurance, just run the risk I guess, an expensive risk!

Oh. Win.

RE: Protectmybubble.com - Norledge - 14-08-2013

Just had an email...

Quote:Dear Mr Norledge

Your claim is approved. Please call us on 0844 346 3970 between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday to pay your remaining premium and the excess payment so we can complete your claim.

And I have to pay... £140.89. Ace.

Surely the point of insurance is you dont have to shell out when your phone dies?? Aha:/

RE: Protectmybubble.com - adamm306 - 14-08-2013

in the small print with protectyourbubble for any claim to be worked you need to pay any outstanding premium (if you pay monthly) and the excess bit of a con really

RE: Protectmybubble.com - Norledge - 14-08-2013

Outstanding Premium is the same with any insurance, including car. Excess is a bit of a con though.

RE: Protectmybubble.com - Norledge - 14-08-2013

I had to with mine, maybe it's only certain companies then...

RE: Protectmybubble.com - adamm306 - 14-08-2013

It was a non fault though thats maybe why

fault accidents

stolen/accidental damage i would take a guess you do need to pay the premium
