Afternoon all,
Now the interest thread for the action day on Saturday 14th September has been up for some time, I’ve been in touch with Coombe about stand slots for us etc, and they’ve offered us a bit of a deal. This is more expensive than buying the tickets directly from Coombe, but this is the deal we have been given by Coombe to have a stand on site with the numbers we anticipate.
The options are as follows;
For those wanting a stand-pass and 1 trackslot: £30 per person
There are 4 of these tickets available, first come first served.
EDIT: ALL SOLD
For those wanting a stand pass only: £16 per person
CAMPING - Evening of Friday 13th September
The camping for this will be on site at Combe, on Camp Corner as it happens
Pre-booking camping is £8 a person on top of the above ticket costs.
There is a drinking water standpipe on site, and plenty of toilets, but I'm not sure of shower facilities, and would probably say there aren't any.
I will update this with more on camping and arrival times, parking arrangements etc as and when I get this information.
When Do you have to Pay?
Due to the fact the show is now only 5weeks away now, we need to start getting the money together for this so we can make the payment to Coombe and secure the camping and confirm stand numbers.
The deadline for payments is 22nd August
Payment is to be made to the usual payments@306oc.co.uk
Please make sure you pay as a gift, or pay the fees yourself.
When you make payment to the club paypal account, please say in the message box what you're paying for (ie track slot + stand pass + camping)

UPDATE 09/08/13:
Camping: Please make payments for camping to the club paypal, as we need to book as a group in order to get our own space on site for the camping
I am currently waiting on confirmation of the stand location and layout; this will not be available to me until end of next week.
For those doing track-time;
Passenger rides are £5 on the day, and cannot be booked in advance. This obviously shouldn't be an issue for anyone. You will need to either bring your own helmet or rent one; they do them there for I believe £10 for the day (based on prices at FCS - Thanks Sean!). You also need to be wearing a long-sleeved shirt or hoodie, and jeans or trackies (basically not shorts and t-shirt!) for tracktime.
UPDATE 12/08/13 - CONFIRMED TRACK SLOT COSTS
Right everyone, apologies for the delay in getting this sorted.
We have negotiated more track time at £20 per slot
Those wishing to have track-time will also need to purchase a stand ticket, as this cost covers entry into the site as well.
I will shortly confirm exactly how many slots we have available, but these will be on a first come first served basis!
