hello all,

looking for a set of decent front coilovers and rear dampers for a 306 hdi Smile preferably under £250 as i can buy a set of vmaxx ones new for £280, willing to collect within 30 miles of Barnsley or pay postage

I can recommend AP coilovers if you can throw £350 at a set

What kind of bad things mate? I guess you get what you pay for with these sort of things, but can't really justify throwing huge sums of money at a car that's only ever going to see road use and didn't cost much in the first place :/

APs look good but ideally I'd find some used ones, or GHAs Smile

As puglove says, never heard good things. I should think your best bet is to sign up to the 6 forum and keep an eye on the for sale section, theres always half-decent coilies selling for about 250 a set, got myself a set of AVO GTZs for £180.
