Front tires need changing I've got Falken ZE 912's on the front and quite like them, t1rs on the rear

What should i go for for the fronts 912, 914, t1r or something else?

Nothing more than £45 per corner though

I have 914's and they seem pretty good, in 18" mind. £43 a corner on Camskill, would definitely go for them over the the Toyos

Just did nankang ns2 on all 4 corners for £162 that's in 205/40/17 very cheap and just them a lil bit of a push today with no give. Depends what you want the tyre for road, sports road use, track etc

Yoko Parada SII's

Ive never run much else to compare them to, but stick with what you know and I love them!

I use matador mp44 elite 3's are good for the money the other set i had the mp46's where the same tyre construction tread patten and made in the same factory as continental contact sport 2's Smile so a good all rounder for not alot of pennies.

Re: Tires . - rocker8742 - 28-06-2013

Should probably add its 195/50/15 and fast road use generally

Good to hear the 914s are alright, not sure what the difference between them and the 912s are

RE: Tires . - Curt - 28-06-2013

That price I posted was for that size. They're supposed to be a slight improvement over the 912's, better wet grip. If you look at the reviews on tyre reviews, they're rated very highly. Obviously not as many as some others but they haven't been out long.

Either those or RS2's would be my choice personally, I have both, one on each car and they're both excellent.

Both are acceptable ways of spelling it in the English language
Granted I/Y uses are usually defined more by geography

Tires is an Americanism. Tyres is the correct English spelling.

Tires is as in tired, tiring etc.

RE: Tires . - Piggy - 29-06-2013

yeah....agreed.... we are in England, we can spell. It's Tyres.

same with the things we use to stop the car... brakes. not breaks

RE: Tires . - C.A.R. - 29-06-2013

Rainsport 2s were £35 a piece for me in that size from Camskill.

They're much better than Toyos and the Falkens.

Pirelli P Zero Nero.

914's cheap atm
