..yeah it passed, not even going to attempt to troll everyone.

Two advisories:

Car child seat fitted in rear preventing access to test seatbelt

Seatbelt mounting point (aka the sill) bent but not excessively (from when the jack collapsed)

Front brake imbalance 4%

Rear brake imbalance 22%

Parking brake efficiency (the big one on a 306 lol ) 22% NS 20% OS

Smoke test (on veg, fuelling not turned down for test) 2.60

Pretty chuffed with that Smile

Nothing. £50 test, gave him £60 though as he's been lenient in the past like with the dodgy tyres last year, gave him a bit extra to grab himself a beer. His words though were "it actually passed anyway, but thanks". Nice to keep him sweet though.

He also said I could have kept the smoke stack on for the MOT and it would have passed as NOTHING states the design would fail. C&U regulations are something else, but it doesn't protrude too much, doesn't consider it a danger to pedestrians and exhaust gases dont escape into the cabin, so that's cleared that up.

Nothing really? He's known the car since I first put it on the road so nothing was really a surprise to him

Amazing. ....a different day and tester and he would have red flagged it.

Good to know your tester!

I don't really know him as such, we have a mutual respect though.
