Restoring a leather steering wheel - DeeTurbo - 21-06-2013 Just bought a second hand steering wheel and it's not looking the best. I was wondering how I could restore it to a better condition? What products have you guys used and techniques are best? RE: Restoring a leather steering wheel - kingy - 21-06-2013 Often thourgh of this. Boot poish always crosses my mind but obviously never do it. I think the problem is that the leather gets worn and carnt get looking good again. Just buy a decent second hand one is my view. RE: Restoring a leather steering wheel - Mattcheese31 - 21-06-2013 black shoe polish, you'll need a proper brush to buff it all off and then some form of leather wax if you can be bothered, looks and feels great when done, not too much work to do it either . . ![]() RE: Restoring a leather steering wheel - kingy - 21-06-2013 See.
