so basically going to change the clutch on the car next weekend but not sure what to get any ideas? i know lots of people use valeo clutches but are they really worth the extra £40? i run about 180bhp

CP4L and get a genuine Valeo, mine was under £90 delivered. Buy cheap buy twice.

Clutches struggle with torque, what turbo you using Andy?

I think you'll be fine with a Valeo, if not your looking at £200 for a paddle.
