I want to replace my standard head unit with an aftermarket one and was wondering how i can still control it using the stalk?

you have to get an adapter. best found off ebay

What is the actual name of the adapter please anyone? Iv just decided the stalk not working irritates me and while the weather is nice.... Lol

Its just called an adapter or harness.
They're dependant on the make of the HU
