Suspect? - Grant - 03-06-2013 This seems awfully cheap, and fitted too? clicky Shopping around elsewhere returns circa £65 a corner fitted. Anyone dealt with them before? RE: Suspect? - 4WayDiablo - 03-06-2013 Does seem very cheap Not sure if inclusive of vat? It states a vat percentage RE: Suspect? - Rippthrough - 03-06-2013 Ears are pretty well known, been around a while. RE: Suspect? - Scott - 03-06-2013 That's very cheap for those...maybe they're old stock? RE: Suspect? - tigerstyle - 03-06-2013 I've bought from them before, no problems with them. But aren't these cheaper: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-x-195-50-15-R15-82V-Toyo-Proxes-T1-R-Performance-Road-Tyres-/360668460855?pt=UK_Cars_Tyres_RL&hash=item53f983f737 Testing waht 306oc thinks of Toyos I had a set before and think they were ok. RE: Suspect? - Scott - 03-06-2013 T1-Rs are great for the price. They're the high end of the mid-range tyre. 'Fitted' Not balanced or valved, or old tyres disposed of read the cheeky small print in the ad. I had T1Rs on my MK1 Caddy truck, so similar weight to 306 (light!) I think I'd be happy with them on a 306, it;s the 195/50/15 that is the cheapest profile, and works well on hatches too. RE: Suspect? - Grant - 03-06-2013 TBH I'm quite happy with spec II's and better the devil you know and all that jazz. Not willing to spend £150 to find out I don't like them lol RE: Suspect? - Niall - 03-06-2013 T1rs are good budget tyres for the 306 but they wear very quickly and do loose a lot of grip in the wet. RE: Suspect? - Grant - 03-06-2013 So pretty similar to spec II's in that respect, just better lol RE: Suspect? - Jonny81191 - 03-06-2013 Can't fault the ones I have on at the moment, michelin pilot sport 3's. Epic tyres, and haven't worn much at all since i had them fitted in Feb.
