When I went to the gym I didn't really want to do it on my own as I thought I would
Ok a tit but as soon as I saw some of the other fat bastards there, it made me feel so much better! Lol
Gave up the gym now as it was getting boring. Doing a martial art now. Get the work out and it's more fun than just running or lifting weights!

i went to the gym 6 times a week but ended up costing me a bomb lol, had a full pass for swimming, gym, bodycombat, circuit training.
wanna go back in to it but i got no one to go with ether as most go "yeah ill do it!" then thats it never go again cant this week got a hangover or any other lame excuess so need someone with a bit of dedication, obviusly i wont be doing it so heavy again just once a week or somthing, gonna start getting out on the push bike more aswell when sun comes out, have to get one sam i'll ride up to you.

Gyms are a waste of money imo unless you're trying to be a bodybuilder......do some free walking or some cycling (in the woods, NOT on the roads annoying cars lol), costs less, is out in fresh air rather than stale sweaty air of the gym etc etc.....

If your in Bournemouth Wednesday come along to holes bay in Poole. It's a south west Japanese car club meet. But f*ck loads of different cars go, normally about 120+

narh mate. i do removal and i got a big job (oo er) from derby to poole. its 3 loads so will be down your way a bit at the end of the month. look out for a fuckin huge removal truck with derby removals and srorage on it lol. picking up my wheels off foxy jim as well. save on courieres lol. by the way, sell me your back bumper.
