aux belt tension - Ricky - 26-05-2013 Roughly how many degrees should I be able to twist the aux belt at its longest run? Mine will go to 90 degrees quite easily but I'm not sure if its tight enough.. RE: aux belt tension - Poodle - 26-05-2013 Has the belt been tensioned up properly? For an HDi: Pull back and lock off the top auto tensioner, loosen the lower elliptical tensioner, adjust so it takes up the slack and retighten, then release the top tensioner - it will set the correct tension itself. RE: aux belt tension - Ricky - 26-05-2013 Ok I think I've down it backwards then, will sort it tomorrow. |
