4 pots - sam - 26-05-2013 Were is the best company to get 4 pots from? Has anyone got any links to companys? RE: 4 pots - ozonehostile - 26-05-2013 depends on budget dude, best value and performance would be 406 coupe brembo's, and since your already on 16" rims clearance wont be an issue if you want to use bigger discs too. if you want a more slimline caliper then perhaps something like wilwood 4 pot but im unsure if they would be a direct fit without the need for adapters and anything wilwood is £££££ RE: 4 pots - Dum-Dum - 26-05-2013 IMO willwoods aren't too bad, have a look in the rally designs catalogue they are £200-300 a pair. It's the discs that will hurt you if you go for something with seperate mounting bells. Making brackets for the calipers is easy enough just make out of mdf then transfer to ally billet. Maybe use pug308 302mm discs. RE: 4 pots - Pompey306mark - 26-05-2013 Wilwood, hi spec, ap racing. You don't need massive brake discs, I am running 4 pot on standard 6 disc. RE: 4 pots - Grant - 26-05-2013 What size wheels you got them under mark? RE: 4 pots - Pompey306mark - 26-05-2013 I run 16's, but you could fit the under 15's with the right offset. RE: 4 pots - Grant - 26-05-2013 What callipers are these then? Got me all interested now lol RE: 4 pots - Pompey306mark - 26-05-2013 Hi spec 4 billet. Some on eBay. RE: 4 pots - ozonehostile - 26-05-2013 707sam is running brembo 4 pots on gti discs under 15s, I think pro race rims give you just enough clearance with a small spacer RE: 4 pots - Dum-Dum - 26-05-2013 ^^^ Someone else was running 406 brembos under 15" PR wheels with xantia 288mm discs |
