FCS 2013 Camping - 26th - 28th July - Niall - 10-05-2013
Ok guys we think we have found a site to our selves. It is looking like it will be £10pppn. We need numbers of who is going and for what night so add your names below. No chat about it in this thread. Just names, days and anyone else your bringing.

About the site
This is not for definite yet! We are still in talks with them to see if they will take us. We have contacted a few who have messed us around and dont want us because we are a car club but this one looks fairly promising.
Its a very well facilitated site but it has all the main things we want. Shower block, toilet block, washing up area, on site shop (which also rents out ice packs), parking, on site fishing if your that way inclined and most importantly, a bar!
If we do end up going with these guys, we will have a field to our selves and our own parking area (parking next to tents isnt allowed i dont think but we all love our cars as much as the other guy and seeing as we will have our own car park, im sure we dont have to worry about door dents.
A pitch will cater for 2 people and we are provisionally getting 30 pitches (however if we go over 60 people camping, we may be able to squeeze more people into the pitches depending on if the camp site staff are happy with that.
I know i dont have to remind you guys of this but dont forget, your all representing the club and we want to leave them a good impression. The quick growth of this forum has actually worked against us as finding campsites to cater for A) the amount of people and B) a car club is becoming very difficult so we want to be welcomed back next year should FCS be at CC again next year. I understand that people may get a bit loud and banterous and im sure they expect that but we also have to respect the fact that there will be other people using the site. We were welcomed back to the camp site we used last year so lets try and have this one on the list as well!
Once again, this site is not definitely the one we will be staying at. We just need confirmed numbers so we know how many pitches to get. We are hoping to be able to secure them with a deposit then we will be collecting the fees from you guys over the coming weeks.

Definitely be up for the friday night, not going to be doing the show though. Anyone else not doing the show - there's a music festival in Bristol on Saturday, could be a good laugh.
