Tehe, have just been going through some old photos, and ran into some beutys.

Im telling you, you have no idea what living for the 306 is until you have driven this beuty, Its provided more fun / win over the years than anything else ive ever drove, true story!

XUD9, de gated, welded front diff with grass tyres, totally gutted and 80cm shorter than a stock 306, out lasted about 7 other field cars in its time!

FYI if you want to put a link without it auto-embedding you need to add:
to the section you don't want embedded Smile

That transit is such win!

Ha! Are you just lifting off in the 306 to get it sideways or is there a bit of cheeky handbrake involved?

So jealous I cant do this. If i ever win the lotto I'm buying some woodland and a couple of pugs and doing this although a subaru forrester would probably be the best for it.

f*ck getting a car that's "made" to do it...

That completely misses the point!

i miss field cars, had a toyota hilux and they really are as indestructible as top gear make them out to be haha

QFT.

Although i do believe there is little more fun on this earth than doing 50 on a rutted-to-f*ck-forestry-track in a knackered pathfinder on road tyres. Big Grin

Off roading in cars totally not designed for offroading is where its at, we have a landrover, and have just acquired a hilux, and have had many 4x4 things in the past...But thats just utteraly boring...who wants a car that will just crawl up a hill with no issues? I want a car that I need a half mile run up on full boost with raping wheelspin, lots of smoke, and lots of fun, and a car that you can sink down axles and spend half a day recovering, with a vehicle even less suitable than the one you got stuck in the first place.

Ive never understood green laning etc, always looks so boring in comparison to me!

Generally speaking if we are bord, and going out for a trash, we will decide where we are going, and then choose THE MOST unsuitable vehicle possible, just for lols.

Acquired a hilux the other day,

Had it 2 days, already screwed it out and mounted a bonnet coal pipe. Sounds so much win now!
