Takes a little getting used to, hitting standing water at speed is an interesting experience.

refitting is todays task aslong as the rain holds off Wink

plastic hard-line > 6mm Pipe inserts > 8mm compression hard line to AN6 adapter

the pipe inserts give the plastic tube rigidity so the compression olives don't squash the plastic pipe

Can you give me a link to these bits please? The only bits I can't find to fit the lines.
I've got everything else, just can't see how to connect to the hardlines properly. It may end up in a epic bodge otherwise haha

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - cully - 18-04-2016

"cut and paste"

Quaife Automatic Torque Biasing (ATB) limited slip differential.
Quaife (ATB) limited slip differential automatically biases the torque across the axle to the wheel with the most grip. Unwanted wheelspin and slip are greatly reduced, resulting in less understeer on front wheel drive machine,
the Quaife ATB limited slip differential also delivers significant performance benefits during heavy braking. In this situation the Quaife differential’s inherent torque transfer characteristics work in reverse to transfer torque away from the locking wheel. This enhances deceleration, delaying the intrusion of electronic ABS systems and allowing drivers to brake later and deepe

Very jealous of the LSD.

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - cully - 18-04-2016

MOT is booked for tomorrow!
I've checked the easy stuff
lights,belts,wipers,fluids,tyres,lamps
freed off the rear compensator and adjusted the rear pads up

so its suck-it an see time at 9am so a quick raz around the roads to warn things up then hand it over

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - Toms306 - 18-04-2016

Learnt something there, never thought about the LSD being useful under braking. Smile

Me neither.

It will get jetwashed and a bucket of soap, maybe, before I make my way. It usually rains on route anyway.

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - cully - 20-04-2016

had to be done sorry
car was beginning to look like a Dalmatian with all the tar spots

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - cully - 23-04-2016

Holley Balls need a clean pair of pants!

dont underestimate torque steer at high speed it certainly puts a wriggle on!

Confused

just stepping off the gas made the car angry!

RE: Cully's Bianca 6 R150 YVM with added Quaife - welshpug - 23-04-2016

it shouldn't do that.

I wished it didnt!

pulled 5th to the limit then changed to 6th  powered fine then lifted off gas and the car snaked!

I didnt like that Sad

more power or a trail of brakes settled it though
