as above fellas really need this job sorting it s bein a rite lady garden to get sorted will go on no probs but just wont tighten up on the front run on a 1.6 petrol any ideas or help gratfully taken onboard

Won't tighten up? Are you sure you've got the right length belt? And its routed the correct way around the idlers?
