To Indonesia

Anyone know how I can find out why this will cost with having to go down to the post office? As I really cba to walk down there

It's for my plasma dials I have for sale. They are attached to standard dash ATM so weigh >5kg?

Oh, and my HDi dials don't even weigh a kilo so I doubt your plasma ones are anywhere near 5kg!

Thinking about it.....you probably can't post something that big abroad by royal mail anyway! Might have to be a courier job....

Really? I have no idea with weights, they are in my room, look heavy haha.

So royal fail won't post?
Hmmm Ill check parcel to go

RE: Posting Overseas - Toms306 - 09-04-2013

Just checked, they'll only post a 'small package' to Indonesia. Under 8cm deep, so the whole clocks wont go. You might be able to send just the plasma bit though.

And yeah, I don;t know whats involved with plasma dials but its just a thin sheet of stuff isn't it? HDi clocks weigh about 950grams....they're sitting infront of me lol. Big Grin

Where the f*ck is Indonesia? It's not on there list so is it part of a sub category? I suck at georgraphy haha

RE: Posting Overseas - Toms306 - 09-04-2013

It is on the list, look harder. Tongue

RE: Posting Overseas - Matt - 09-04-2013

There is said to save the guy money ill take it apart, deepest part is about 4cm and that's the dimmer switch

Where is it? I see Ireland, Israel and Italy?

RE: Posting Overseas - Toms306 - 09-04-2013

Good idea....to courier the whole clocks there would be about £45 lol.

I've no idea of weights/sizes of just the dials though so you'll have to weigh/measure those yourself.

RE: Posting Overseas - Matt - 09-04-2013

Dials and wiring will be about 500g I reckon. And can fit into a tiny box

I still can't find Indonesia.... Haha

RE: Posting Overseas - Toms306 - 09-04-2013

Its in alphabetic order, have you found the 'I' section yet? Big Grin

RE: Posting Overseas - calchual - 27-06-2018

Just went across the web to find this thread,  in case somebody's still searching for decently priced delivery service with insurance, I can definitely recommend parcelabc, if you can pack it, they can get it anywhere, door to door.

RE: Posting Overseas - Mighty306 - 27-06-2018

So you joined the club simply to recommend a parcel service? Call me cynical but at a guess you have no interest in 306's.

It's almost like he might be a spam bot, or something.

RE: Posting Overseas - RetroPug - 27-09-2018

If you're looking for a car forum to spam, I recommend https://uk-mkivs.net/ because Vdubbers are lady gardens. They sell bland cars in most of the countries and their pricing is much higher compared to some of the other services.
