Also get some half leathers in there them bus seats are awfull, my 1st 306 had them and they are the worst things ever lol

Id let the front settle then jack the rear up, will look schweet then BUT...............
Im guessing there is a reason the back is that low! 1 end of 1 of the bars has seized so your man has used the "pikey" methord and it looks as if hes done you "3 nicks" if this is the case and you bar is stuck you next option is 40mm higher, (unless you get somone decent to do it who can get the bar out) The guy who done it for you prob knows this hence why he has told you he is "busy" for ages because he dosnt want to tackle it again
