Theres no harm in listing your faults, so long as you show how you overcome them, NO one is perfect. Theres no harm in listing your strengths, so long as you show how you apply them. DONT lie. Get GOOD references you can use, for your work and character. DONT use comic sans! DO take time to edit it so it looks smart, but not goofy. Use spell checker, but ensure its english, not amercian.
