RE: Oil Leak - cully - 25-03-2013

almost as bad as my oil leak!

yours looks to be comming down the front of the block
is it power steering fluid,rocker cover,eek head gasket may even be a sump gasket

Re: Oil Leak - Puggie - 25-03-2013

Always look at the highest point first mate clean it all off and keep an eye on it. More than likely the rocker gasket

RE: Oil Leak - k3ogh - 26-03-2013

Make sure you do it with original peugeot parts as the cheap flea bay patent parts dont seal properly! Trust me ive been through a few of these until i got it right! The ebay ones are really hard rubber and the pug ones are actualmrubber if that makes sense Smile

RE: Oil Leak - k3ogh - 28-03-2013

Re: Oil Leak - Puggie - 28-03-2013

Wow the advice on here spot on if you ain't seen a torque wrench that goes that low i suggest you stop buying shit tools autodata 3.40 is the latest version and that's what it says guess it must be wrong eh ?

And before someone says they know better prove me wrong ?

RE: Oil Leak - daddyfixit - 28-03-2013

torque screwdriver ;

also keep an eye on that leak if it comes back, as the headgasket oil feed hole is common to leaking in the o/s/f corner and leaks out and down the front of the block.
