Mounts i'm not sure if they line up, i wouldn't know.

But for the engine itself;

cambelt kit (water pump, tensioners)
clutch kit
fluids and filter (oil, fuel and air flters)
Boost gauge
auxillaries, if you're using PAS?

ermmm ill keep thinking

Ive missed something, why wouldnt the mounts line up, theyre both 306 engines, no?

Iirc you need clocks, why dont you just call jj? Or whoever did the actual swap for him I guess lol.

RE: xud conversion.. - Dum-Dum - 15-03-2013

I dont know about the wiring too much, I think they might actually of used the HDi clocks and everything else worked.

Youll need the DTs fuel tank thing (not the HDis lift pump)
The mounts, shafts etc all mount straight up
id stick with the HDi box
The wiring is plug and play on the DT engine loom if you plug it to the n/s chassis leg plugs.
Forgotten about water hoses, just have some 25mm pipe about to make hybrid heater matrix hoses and you cant go far wrong.

Cheers everyone! Better get saving and sorting some bits out!
Think I'm gonna get the head off and have it skimmed, along with fresh gaskets. Might as well do it right
