When to t-cut - aaron_one - 13-03-2013 I've just sorted a little bit of rust out which was developing on the corner of the wheel arch connecting to the front bumper. I resprayed it yesterday afternoon and up close you can see the new paint next to the old, when would it be safe to t-cut it to blend them together? Re: When to t-cut - Puggie - 13-03-2013 Its neva safe to use t cut its nasty evil shit get some g3 to blend all depends on how good your paint job is as the results you get. Have a look on detailing world mate When to t-cut - Alee83 - 13-03-2013 T-cut is harsh, as said G3 is better, but I would leave it a week or so to harden... RE: When to t-cut - Matt - 13-03-2013 In this wether I'd be inclined to leave it longer. And yep as said g3 the bitch! RE: When to t-cut - declantg - 13-03-2013 Aaron did you get your paint colour matched? RE: When to t-cut - aaron_one - 13-03-2013 Nope I had a can of moonstone already, my paint work hasn't faded hardly so it's almost unnoticeable, I just want to rub it down so there isn't a step down from the new paintwork to the old RE: When to t-cut - declantg - 13-03-2013 Have you got a pic of your car? As I'm looking for a place that has good moonstone paint RE: When to t-cut - aaron_one - 13-03-2013 Can't upload them I'm n afraid only got my phone no computer working |
