Yes.
they will but you'll have to swap the adjusters

They fit fine, though you'll need to swap the adjusters from the phase 2 lights onto the phase 3 lights (so your headlight adjuster in the cabin still works), and possible the headlight stalk.

Swap the headlight stalk if you want the crystals work properly.......dipped stays on with main beam if you have a Ph3 stalk, without it dipped will turn off when you change to main.
