All bumpers are interchangeable I think

Correct, ph3 bumpers will fit any but if you wanted to fit it to and early 306, ie ph1 then other bits would need changing too.

All bumpers fit all phases, just if you fit a ph3 to a ph1, there will be a gai between the bumper and grill
