Reassurance.

Being a Peugeot you can never be certain that all the door latches actually work.

Its true, Matts drivers door wouldn't open today!

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - bingham123456 - 23-02-2013

It takes 4-5 goes to open the drivers door on my missus 306 and 1-2 goes on all the rest.

Not good for quick getaways......

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - ozonehostile - 23-02-2013

diesel 306's in general are a rubbish car for quick getaways. imagene robbing a bank, running out to the car, where first you would have to play will the door open roulette, then the awkward few seconds of waiting for the glowplugs to heat lol

Then you leave a big cloud of soot behind you, like a hansel and gretel trail!

even worse if you have a key code pad!

(dont know technical name if there is one)

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - ozonehostile - 23-02-2013

i bloody hate those coded immobilisers, i went in the garage to buy fags once while the mrs was in the car, she put her bag on the keypad and somehow pressed the wrong code in numerous times. pretty awkward having to push your car off the forecourt then waiting for an hour

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - bingham123456 - 23-02-2013

Lol got one of those key pad things aswell. It take a good 2-3mins from getting to the car to actualy driveing away.

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - ozonehostile - 23-02-2013

that was on my 1st 306, the novelty of going oooh look, i have a coded start wears off after about 20 minutes of ownership then just becomes annoying haha

lmfao, my mother locked herself in her old 406 d turbo outside barclays bank because she got the code wrong 5 times and it locked the doors

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - maxlee - 23-02-2013

listong ended because item was no longer avable for sale looks like it sold lol

RE: It can only happen in the valleys... - puglove - 23-02-2013

Havnt seen this before, but really?????????? some people shouldnt be aloud to own cars, spend loads of money on paint/ bonnet/grille skirts blah blah, then leave a pov spec bumper on the front, and scrimp on the rear by cutting up a ph 2 rear bumper. im mean wtf??????
