Has anyone on here had a contract through them? They seem to be able to do any phones and contracts cheaper than the actual provider the contract is on.
Whats the catch? Are they a PITA to deal with when you have problems?

I got my first contract from them in store. Never had a problem. Deal was pretty great aswell. Had a problem with the phone speaker goiing but it was a known fault and they sent it to be fixed no problems only letdown is they don't tend to stock loan phones luckiy I had afew to use

You had a bad experience? They do a galaxy s3 £10 p/m cheaper than Orange and a free handset whereas orange want £49.99

I got my contract direct from 3 in store. Was able to bargain them into a better deal so sod Carphone Warehouse!
