dead battery - Willo - 21-02-2013 just came out of work and the battery is dead i have to warm the glow plugs 2 maybe 3 times every time i start it and of late have only been doing short trips of 1-3 miles would this have been enough to have drained the battery flat it has been slow cranking on the mornings for a week or so now please help guys im desperate RE: dead battery - Tom - 21-02-2013 Yes. All they do is heat up and it's the same block (I think) as in a DT. Although glowies go in the head.
