I'm looking at putting the gti 6 inlet and exhaust manifolds on my 2.0 xsi
and just looking for advice weither its worth the hassel or not

Inlet yes definately worth it. Exhaust is a PITA.

A chap on here saw a 15bhp increase IIRC. But then that was on two different dyno's on two different days so its a grey area....

Id be VERY suprused it you seen a 15bhp increase with just the mannis and TB :/

Agreed, more like 5ish. Ive just got everything to do the xsi, mainly just for the noise tbh!
