Shes not running well! :-(

Gearbox pump and cam all time up correctly .

Anyone got ideas?

Sounds like uve stuck an injector, got any spares?

Un do all the injector lines from the injectors and move them out the way, fill each top cap of injector with diesel, and crank it, if any air / diesel spirts out of any of the injectors, the nozzle is stuck, if you dont have any spare, take it apart in the vice, remove the pin, clean it all and itl be fine..

Thats if thats the problem....

Tryed that found no.2 injector squirted bck up.. But if I have the engine running I can take off 1-2 injector pipes and she won't make a difference so the pump ain't giving fuel to 1-2 injectors... So is that a dv fault? It's got transit internals

Its because the air from the stuck injector gets forced back to the pump head / to the next injector lines causing both to air up / run rediculas timing and knock like hell.....
