I'm guessing that's good?
Although not to be used as motor fuel?

They'll mean as a fuel type, as opposed to an additive. Why you would use it as fuel at that price is beyond me, just a bit of legal arse-covering i should think.

gives me more MPG,less smoke and a quieter engine Big Grin

Re: Two stroke oil - Diggers - 27-01-2013

What with veg or just with diesel? How much you use? 2l per tank at 6 quid? Surely it's then worse for miles per pound?

RE: Two stroke oil - 1616six - 27-01-2013

I use it on the vec.

Quieter on idle, smoother engine, cleans & lubes internals.

200ml of 2t with a tank full is just right

RE: Two stroke oil - Chris_90 - 27-01-2013

Doesn't veg act as a lube any way?

but i agree i used to use 2 stroke on every tank on my old hdi and do it every other fill up on the d turbo defo runs quieter and smoother

200ml of 2 stroke to a tank full?
Does it have to be a certain 2 stroke or any? Never heard of this?

RE: Two stroke oil - 1616six - 27-01-2013

umm maybe Big Grin

and yes low ash mineral 2 stroke 200ml to a tankfull
on my HDI (cant run veg on it)
i can normaly get around 50-80 miles extra out of a tank when i run 2 stroke Wink thats like an extra gallon of fuel Wink

Fair point lol, missed that somehow. Well it's agricultural grade, so you don't pay as much duty on it i think.

Must get around to trying this, need to get some baseline figures first though.
