Have you got any other plans wheel wise? It looks awesome low on them though, just curious

These wheels are staying, might space them out a bit or get them banded but they are fine for now and doing anything with them is a low priority.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate (More new seats) - Curt - 24-10-2013

Fair enough, some banding would look awesome Smile

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate (More new seats) - Matt - 24-10-2013

Looking pretty sweet. Love a smooth bianca front. Always wanted to do it too the rallye lol

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate (More new seats) - Dum-Dum - 25-10-2013

So this "weekends" work has finally finished this morning when swapped the last hoses and put on new hand brake cables.

Didn't wash her in the end, just CBA but might do it at some point during the week (along with finishing getting the BMW seats in).

So a list of whats been done:
GTi6 rear beam lowered 40mm (goes 60mm on the car as the 6 beam is 20mm lower anyway)
Braided hoses all round
Mintex pads and discs
Bleed through with dot 5.1 fluid
New hand brake cables
Mid box back box conversion
Removed spare wheel and carrier
New pair of Bridgestone Turanzas on the front
Waxoyled everything from the fuel tank back
Grille sprayed white

And a couple of pics

Cheers boys, it's looking even worse now, been blasting some of the roads round the back of Aston Hill and the Chequers estate and where they are single track the camber is too steep where the tractors collapse it so its been one wheel on the shit in middle of the road and one wheel on the mud/bank at the side so shes covered. That said not bad considering she hasn't been washed since FCS.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate (More new seats) - Midnightclub - 25-10-2013

On a serious note, it is looking much better with lows bud, just need to get the 2,2 in now!

Cheers dude, I really am tempted to give the rear another 20mm drop but don't think I'd get out of my car park. Will be very close to getting the 2.2 in once the car has had an MOT

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate (More new seats) - padge - 25-10-2013

Yeah definitely, will sort a sig later as yours isn't quite to my taste.

Mine is still a happy monkey, a little bit faded in places though. Might take him off and send him through the washing machine/tumble dryer

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - 1616six - 02-11-2013

No chance, I really don't like black masks.

Yeah Id like it as low as it was with 200kg of scrap in the back but I really need a different exhaust before I do that otherwise I'm going to start taking up massive chunks of car park.

Anthracite or dare I say it white masks?

Your monkey so probably as fecked as mine so I would say a quick hand wash in a bowl Smile

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - Dum-Dum - 02-11-2013

So to keep Jamie and others happy I have done myself a new sig. I have re touched the colors slightly to give it a little bit of a HDR look.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - mcglynn - 02-11-2013

New bike might go fluro pink but probably fluro yellow.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - mcglynn - 02-11-2013

Haha fair enough, youll not be missed in the woods anyways..

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - Dum-Dum - 03-11-2013

So an interesting fact from my trip to the scrap yard a couple of days ago, the car weighs 1180kg with with a quarter tank of fuel so if it was full it would probably be exactly the same weight as my old GTi6.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - mcglynn - 03-11-2013

For a sw that seems light, has it shed some weight along the road at some time?

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - Dum-Dum - 03-11-2013

Apart from bit of rust, sparewheel and back box no. Id of expected to add it really with bigger wheels, bigger brakes and better speakers really.

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - Piggy - 03-11-2013

sounds good man...needs a spoiler

RE: OEM+ Bianca Estate - Washed her finally - Dum-Dum - 03-11-2013

No I don't think it needs a spoiler, maybe a splitter.
