RE: The Meatwagon - aaron_one - 23-02-2013 Never scrap this, it looks so good The Meatwagon - Alee83 - 23-02-2013 Cannot wait to see this at FCS.... ![]() RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 23-02-2013 I think i'm going to go with an A-frame front end tbh, and if I made a Dawn of the Dead style scoop for the front I have no idea how i'd transport it the length of the country! Good news though, my brother in law is coming back from Brisbane. He's getting a chopper. And he's been inspired to create a Response Unit Cruiser. How f*cking evil would that be?! A bit burly biker guy on a murdered out chopper with the same signage? FYI.. This is his current bike in Oz. He rides it around with a WW2 kamikaze pilot helmet, just to rile the few Aussies that realise what it is. He's f*cking nuts ![]() ![]() Oh and the helmet modelled by his son Kris <3 ![]() RE: The Meatwagon - ozonehostile - 23-02-2013 doitdoitdoitdoit RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 23-02-2013 Will be a couple of months til he's over I think, needs to basically sell his life out there and set up shop over here. But yeah, a murdered out fast response unit is DEFINITELY for the win The Meatwagon - Alee83 - 23-02-2013 Sounds amazing!! Love the helmet too...! RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 23-02-2013 The Aussies don't, they're still a bit sore about the Kamikaze pilots ![]() The Meatwagon - Jonny b - 23-02-2013 Fuckin love that helmet RE: The Meatwagon - Dum-Dum - 23-02-2013 He needs to have the bike imported to over here. RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 23-02-2013 Don't know if he's bringing it or picking up a Harley over her. He used to have a stage 3 sportster and has been hinting he's missed it RE: The Meatwagon - C.A.R. - 23-02-2013 Wonky plates letting it down at the moment IMO. Light bar will look good, but needs something to make it look a bit tougher, it looks a bit fragile still... RE: The Meatwagon - Eeyore - 23-02-2013 +1 straighten the number plates! RE: The Meatwagon - Piggy - 23-02-2013 +2 on the plates RE: The Meatwagon - lewisdmz - 23-02-2013 Not to my tastes at all but hey ho, How about taking a panel off and...setting fire to it? Might create some cool textures/colours and add to the post-apocalyptic feel? ![]() Re: RE: The Meatwagon - kernow_joe - 23-02-2013 (23-02-2013, 08:07 PM)SRowell Wrote: +1 straighten the number plates! No wonky plate fits so well! Re: RE: The Meatwagon - WiNgNuTz - 23-02-2013 (23-02-2013, 09:16 PM)kernow_joe Wrote:(23-02-2013, 08:07 PM)SRowell Wrote: +1 straighten the number plates! This. The wonky plate just adds to the effect. Hat0rz gon' hate! ![]() RE: The Meatwagon - C.A.R. - 23-02-2013 It would work if it was a bent/scratched/fubar'd plate but its a really neat pressed plate which just happens to be on the wonk...like Stevie Wonder fitted it! RE: The Meatwagon - Piggy - 23-02-2013 looks like it fell off...not that is was ment to be RE: The Meatwagon - 4WayDiablo - 01-03-2013 This popped up on IMGUR today and I thought of you lol Americans doing it right RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 01-03-2013 Yes! Well i have a new purchase for the wagon which will be fitted this weekend fingers crossed, just need to pick up the mounts for them ![]() RE: The Meatwagon - Dum-Dum - 01-03-2013 Chris you cant be,ninja about new purchases when you posted pics on facebook and half the forum has you on facebook The Meatwagon - Jonny b - 01-03-2013 Not me!! Don't do gay book!! Spill the beans ya tight scot!!! The Meatwagon - Parksy87 - 01-03-2013 Looks mad i like it ![]() RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 01-03-2013 LOL! Just for you, you angry angry man.. ![]() I've a light bar off a classic mini i'm picking up for free tonight and the lights fit perfectly apparently, so we'll see how that goes. As for fitting it.. well i'm just going to bolt it to the roof like a boss. Also currently looking into dash fabrication, wanting to make a mild steel dash to make it more armageddon-y and rusty inside, but somehow fit the standard clocks. Suggestions appreciated as always! RE: The Meatwagon - Jenkosowls - 01-03-2013 Could always use shim metal it's really thin you could try and wrap the dash with it and rivet it together RE: The Meatwagon - Piggy - 01-03-2013 awesome....again....as usual...carry on RE: The Meatwagon - procta - 01-03-2013 looking good! RE: The Meatwagon - cwspellowe - 01-03-2013 Jenks.. shim metal? That's not a bad idea though, would mean I don't need bracing of any kind as I can rivet plates over the original dash, and wouldn't be any hassle having to relocate wiring etc RE: The Meatwagon - samass - 01-03-2013 I say make a new dash entirely from box section, then, leave outside for a few weeks, then away you go RE: The Meatwagon - Niall - 01-03-2013 rip dash out completely, metal bar across from one side to the other and a big metal plate mounted onto the bar and to the bulk head just below the windscreen. Cut holes for switches and stereo (old school manual tape deck??) and dont paint it. Eventually it will rust! |
